Exciting news, new location!

If you’ve trained with me before, you know I keep things simple: smart programming, clear cues, and consistent progress. That doesn’t change. What is changing is the space we get to do it in.

What’s new

  • More room to move: Open floor, turf strip, and space for sleds, carries, and dynamic work.

  • Upgraded strength tools: 2 squat racks, competition plates, adjustable benches, cables, and kettlebells up to 40 kg.

  • Conditioning corner: Rowers, bikes, and ski-erg for structured finishers or test days.

  • Recovery basics: Mobility tools, stretch mats, and a calm corner to debrief sessions.

  • Convenience: Better parking options and flexible early/late slots.

What’s staying the same

  • Personal programming: Your sessions built around hinge/squat/push/pull patterns, tailored to your level.

  • Practical nutrition guidance: Simple targets and small, sustainable wins.

  • Accountability: Weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and honest feedback.

Opening week offers

To celebrate the move, here are limited opening-week spots (first come, first served):

  • Intro Session (60 min) — €49: assessment + plan outline.

  • Starter Pack (3× PT) — €199 (normally €240).

  • Bring-a-friend: Duo upgrade for +€10 p/session during week one.

Who this is for

  • You want structure and clear progression.

  • You’re getting back into training and need solid technique.

  • You’re intermediate and want to break a plateau—without burning out.

How to book

Hit the Book Intro button on my profile, pick a slot, and I’ll confirm within 24 hours. If you’re an existing client, message me to migrate your sessions to the new schedule.

Thanks for being part of this next step. I can’t wait to show you around—and to see what we build here together.
