  • Tailor-made training schedule – Programmed around your goals, personal situation, experience level, and available equipment.

  • Form checks – If you’re unsure whether you’re performing an exercise optimally for what you’re intending to achieve, you can send us a video, and we’ll review your technique.

  • Tailor-made diet model We establish a custom, flexible and sustainable diet model that ticks the necessary boxes for your aspirations.

  • 2 check-ins per week – Via a phone or video call, or text chat, depending on your preference; where we discuss the progression of your program, your state of well-being and how you’re experiencing our guidance, so that we can make the adjustments required to optimize progress and set you up for success.
